Exceptional Range and Reliability
These Panasonic phones are perfect for my elderly parents' large, multi-level home. The signal reaches every floor and even works outside in the yard, providing them with a high level of security and peace of mind. Setup was quick, and the handsets are very user-friendly. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable coverage in a big house!ringer can be heard very well and pleasent as well. Strong build you can tell they are quality. With lost of features.

Good replacement for service provider's handset
Its a great product. It was easy to set up...and serves as a good replacement for the handset provided by the phone company. I still to read the manual and activate additional settings but generally it works and functions as a phone suppose to. Only one thing I have against it is that the ringtone for incoming calls is a bit low... But that's okay. I like the phone device..

Can expend to more handsets but it's not automatic
This is my second time buying this phone, first time was about 5 years ago. The base unit no longer charged the phones and one of the handsets would no longer ring. So decided to go with same phone which would give me a spare phone and a second charging unit (and the one phone that doesn't ring but will work other wise). Connected up the new phone and the old ones wouldn't connect... some how I thought it would be automatic with it suppose to handle up to 6 phones but no. Alright, so have to go into the phone's menu. In the bottom right of the display where it says "menu" there is a little button, press that and will be in menu, use the big round button and press down until reach "initial setup", select that with that small button. Now using the gig button again scroll down to "registration", select that. Now press the locator button on the base unit for at least 5 seconds. It will beep or something or maybe nothing, didn't seem consistent. Turn hand set off (hang up) and back on, check for a dial tone and if there is it worked. If not try again. I think it's a matter of timing between selecting "register" and pressing the locate button on the base station. It's a relatively cheap phone price wise but it's functionable. I really don't use any of the features like call block, speed dial or voice mail or such. I have an internet phone line and all of those features are handled that way. The caller ID function works and I do use the speaker phone function to increase the volume of the phone otherwise I think it's not usually loud enough, I just hold it a little further away from my ear and if I need to do something using both hands I can set it down on the table and still hear it and be heard. All in all figure on needing to replace parts of it in 5 years or so. My base unit stopped charging a couple of months ago but the handset charging unit still work, just needed to keep swapping out phones on the charger. One of the phones stop ringing a few weeks ago was a bigger problem, if I had the phone that does ring on the handset charger in the bedroom then couldn't hear it ring. If I did hear the good phone ring and had the non ringer near me I could answer the call with it. Oh well, now I have 3 good phones and can stop using that non ringing phone. Nice thing is the phones do use two standard AAA NiMH Batteries, one of the phones batteries stopped holding a charge and I bought a few of those through Amazon and replaced the old Panasonic batteries. I prefer that over stuff with built in lithium batteries. I have NiMH Batteries that are over 10 years old I still use, just use a slow charger and the batteries last longer. A fast charger can cut battery life by 50%.

Exactly what I wanted
Good landline phone. Works great, easy to use. Have had Panasonic phones for decades and always been happy with how well they work and very long lasting.

love this phone.
I do not use a cell and have only used a landline for a very long time and wanted a portable phone w/o having to go to 5 G or a cell. This looked like the best choice , quality and price and it IS. It is everything the ad says, nice size, volume and other features easy to use and it is excellent quality and has the speaker option and some really nice features i have not had before. I do not know what the 'lock' feature is so didn't rate it. i AM SO GLAD it is what i wanted and even better than i expected so it's a keeper. It charges up fast and lasts a long time too. Can go a good distance with it from the base and don't lose contact with who calling . I am so pleased and sure i will be even more as i get to use the other features that i haven't yet. Very good instruction booklet too.

Light on features with middling sound quality and a terrible speaker phone
We already have a Panasonic cordless phone and answering machine with all the bells and whistles, including DACT 6.0 connectivity and connect to cell technology. Unfortunately, it only has three handsets and when I set up my home office, I needed another phone. Panasonic bills their digital cordless phones as expandable, but the sad truth is that if you want to add another handset or two after a couple of years, you'll likely pay more than the cost of just buying a new phone. As a compromise, I decided instead to add an inexpensive, second cordless phone. After all, I already had added a land line for the fax machine, so it was a simple matter to plug in a second base station, and I got two new handsets in the bargain. Clearly, you get what you pay for. With this phone, I didn't need another answering machine, connect to cell technology or call block features. However, these handsets aren't able to connect with the answering machine on the other base station, so I still have to get up to retrieve my messages. It doesn't even have a flashing light to indicate that I have voice mail, let alone a message on the answering machine. The keys on these handsets are tiny, but at least they're backlit. There is no dedicated volume control - adjusting the volume is a cumbersome, three-step process. Worst of all, the sound quality on these handsets is only fair, and the speakerphone sounds terrible, making it useful only for listening to crappy music while waiting on hold. That's why I only gave this phone three stars. The phone is OK, but there are better options out there for a little more money.

Great cordless phone set, wishing for just one small change.
if there is ½ stars, it would have 4 ½ stars, great cordless phone with 2 headsets but the only complaint I have, some functions are nested deep in the menu, wished they offer a programable button to assign a frequent used item for quick access.

Best phone purchase of all time
Cell service knocked out by fires. We have magicjack but old cordless phone not working. So, I was without any phone for several days. Very impressed by prompt delivery despite heavy smoke everywhere. We've owned MANY cordless phones over the past 25+ years. The better ones were always Panasonic. A lot of these phones had more features than these new ones, but it turns out that I rarely used all the fancy features. And, I absolutely don't want the answering machine because Magicjack comes with excellent voice mail system. Some of the old phones cost upwards of $200, which would be around $400 in today's dollars -- and they had expensive proprietary batteries. Besides, the old ones only had one handset. We usually had two cordless phones in the house. The KX-TGC352 cost is next to nothing in comparison to the old ones. Since I use a variety of devices that use AA or AAA batteries, I have a good battery charger and a stash of rechargeable batteries. I replaced the provided 300 mAh batteries in one handset with 1000 mAh. I charged both handsets overnight and they still show full after an hour or so use this morning. Just to see how it goes, I won't put them back on the bases until they run low. I suspect I'll get 2 - 3 days with the stock batteries and at least a week with the 1000 mAh. I have no worries at all about batteries running low since, if necessary, I could easily switch handsets and I also have plenty of freshly charged AAA NiMH batteries I could swap. You can switch in the middle of the conversation by picking up the other phone and then turning off the first one. One problem was easily solved. DTMF tones were not recognized (while pressing number in response to voice prompts). Opened chat with magicjack and the tech knew exactly what to do... changed some setting on their end and it works fine now. I set up VM detect on the phone (menu #332). Now if VM is waiting, the screen says "New Voice Mail Press VM" with VM button appearing on screen. Pressing VM takes me straight to magicjack VM (set up number with menu#331). Set ringer tone (menu #161). There are 5 tones and 10 melodies to choose from. You can also choose to be silent (menu #238) or to be silent for a specific duration (menu #237) like maybe you don't want to hear the ring while you sleep from say 11pm to 6am. Another adjustment: the time displayed on the phone will automatically be set with an incoming call. This could be alright if you're in the Eastern zone in US, but I didn't like it shifting like that. So, manual set (menu #226) keeps it on Pacific time. I used to like having a headphone jack on the old phones, which I used some for conference calls. This phone doesn't have a headphone jack, but, frankly, if it had one, I would probably never use it. We generally use skype, Zoom, go-to-meeting, or other Internet application for conference calls. With the first handset, I setup speed dialing keys exactly the same as I have them on my cell phone. I haven't set any speed dialing on the second one, but it's there if I need it. The phone book is shared between the two handsets (if you add/change/delete an entry on one handset, it will show on the other one). There is a place for "handset name" but I don't know what that would be for. Each handset has a number (1 or 2) next to the charge indicator, so it's easy to tell which is which. The handsets appear identical except for these numbers. Some features like hold, call waiting, redial, and such are there and work like they have on previous models -- plus some useful newer features. In summary, this system is basic but has every feature I would ever use or want, and not a bunch of stuff I would never use.

Excelente qualidade. Peca apenas pela ausência de teclado retroiluminado.
Bom produto, como é esperado de telefones sem fio Panasonic. Única característica que senti falta é o teclado retroilumidado, pois apenas o display LCD possui iluminação. No mais atende perfeitamente.
