Although there were supply issues, the company refunded my expedited shipping charge and the replacement drive works great.

The ssd came perfectly on time and is in perfect condition! My previous ssd had corrupted unexpectedly so I ordered this one, (the exact same model) and installation was super easy and I didn't even have to do anything afterward except make sure it worked! I have ordered cheaper ssd's before but they always end up not working, leaving me to keep getting a new one so I decided to put more money into this and what a great decision that was. I highly recommend if you're looking for a high quality ssd :)

A little warehouse mixup and a little late, (but that was carrier.), hence the 4 star instead of 5, However, very timely response and fair solution for all. I will certainly do business with them again.

Did not fit

it came without any issue. I twas well wrapped on came on a box. In others words i did not have to worry about the SSD came damage. Because it came protected. as mentioned above. It was easy to install and it had the same information that it is on the description. So happy

everything went well with the purchase and the arrival of the memory but at the time of installation I had a technical problem that this requires a much higher level of knowledge than I have. So, the memory could not work supposedly with the drivers that I use on Inspiron 5406 2-in-1, it is only used as a disk, But I had that before. Anyway, when I try to run the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver for Intel Optane program it says it can't find any compatible device. It's NOT your fault!
