I purchased this microphone not expecting much given the price, but wanted something that picks up my voice more consistently compared to the Shure Lavalier microphone I have been using. Students sometimes complained that my volume changed as I moved around. Different microphone placement didn't fix the problem, so I figured this microphone is cheap enough to test it out. It was an immediate success with students commenting on it being much better than the more expensive Shure microphone. I use it with a Shure wireless pack and it works very well. Having it only a couple of days now, I can't comment on longevity, but it looks like it will do fine if treated carefully (like all of these smaller microphones). In particular, for the price, this is a great microphone and it holds its own even if compared to more expensive options.

We needed a headset mic for an interview we were doing at our student night, but knew we wouldn't use it much. This mic sounded good, connected to our Sure receiver and has continued to work well as we have used it a few more times!

Easily positioned and fairly stationary. Just what we needed for a person with a small voice who needs the mic very close to their lips. Average sound quality. I ordered this microphone to use for a high school drama department. From the beginning the microphone worked intermittently, and within a short amount of time just stopped working altogether. Because I had purchased the item more than 30 days prior to the time I needed to test them, so I was not eligible to return the item. Buyer beware: You really do get what you pay for...though given I got no practical use at all I got less than I what I paid for. Took the gamble and lost.

Got this for my pastor to use during his services. Works great for the money, connects right to the high end wireless transmitter the church already had.

Nice skin color, light weight, excellent transmission of sound. I find it difficult to adjust to contour of face, and microphone is often not close enough to corner of mouth, this diminishing quality of sound.
