A couple months ago I had bladder surgery and while everything has healed okay, I was not only urinating several times a day, I was getting up to go to the bathroom several times a night. I'm 55. Avid gym going. I drink a gallon of water a day. Up to urinate 4+ times a night. Weak stream and difficult to fully empty my bladder. After only 3 days there was a dramatic difference. From 4+ bathroom trips down to two. Nice strong stream. And I feel empty. I purchased the regular strength and the 3x version. DO NOT take this as advice. I took 2 pills (3x) in the morning and 1 in the evening (regular). I ordered the 3x via prime but did not want to wait an extra day. So I stopped by the local pharmacy and picked up what the had on-site to get started. Now I can get 4+ straight hours of sleep. Studies say that true rest and recovery begin after 4+ hours of straight sleep and I can definitely feel the difference. It's absolutely worth the cost to try for 30 days.
