These keep my PoTs under control. I used to drink loads of electrolyte drinks to do the same but they cost £££s and I did t like the taste, it was also hard to avoid caffeine which are in many electrolyte drinks. These are great, I just need the pill and can drink alongside whatever my normal drinks are without having to down a disgusting drink.

I was originally looking for simple salt tablets. As a bedbound disabled man, when I sleep, I tend to sweat a lot. When you combine that with an iffy appetite, you get low sodium. Not finding salt tablets, I widened the search a little and found SMUG Electrolyte Complex. This not only gives me salt, but balances other bits and pieces of a damaged system! I have now bought from them twice (stocking up for the Chrimble period!) and I can say they're excellent. A good price, they arrive promptly when ordered, good packaging (although I would suggest finding a permanent container, (like in my image!) and are all round a decent purchase. Serious thumbs up!

You get plenty of tablets for your money. Did I feel any difference in my heath? Sadly no.
