I had to take a moment and share what I'm seeing with this Enclosure so far. I've gone through everything that is shipped from 3D Sourcerer and am very impressed with the parts quality and design of this Enclosure. I'd spent a lot of time looking at competing solutions from the Czech Republic, France, and a couple other 3D Enclosure companies right here in the US. In the end, this was the Enclosure that touched all the important points of my needs and desires. Having gone through everything that is shipped in the Kit, the first thing that impresses me is the 5mm thickness of the Plexiglas panels. If anyone thinks that this kit isn't priced right, they need to go and price 5mm panels from reputable sources. I did that and trust me, you are getting a bargain at this price when you consider the thickness, pre-cut and drilled and then all the additional parts that are sent with this Kit. This Kit is a lot more than the Plexiglass, and here are some more observations: - Very good quality materials in the included hardware (for assembly). - Real metal, ball-bearings for the Filament Spools of good quality. - A Hygrometer/Temperature readout that is actually useful and fairly accurate. - Quality, all-metal hinges that operate very smoothly. - Cables for extending the Prusa Control Panel outside the Enclosure. - And other parts that all speak of the quality in selection by this company. - I loved that you packaged all the parts in separate, logical, sealed, heavy-plastic bags (well done)! Beyond the above, and if you've ever designed your own 3D parts in CAD, this company provides some of the best 3D Parts designs I've seen. The choices are many, which for me was "welcomed" because I want to have options and print these parts in the colors of my choosing. This company has (36) files of Parts for this Enclosure (on the Prusa website) and they are very well designed. I only have one note to share with the "3D Sourcerer" company intended as a helpful observation. Amazon handed off the delivery of this product to UPS. UPS nearly had it destroyed by the time it arrived on my end. I'm guessing that Amazon may have given it to UPS due to the weight (~35lbs) and size of this package. I believe that my package was one UPS drop-kick away from tearing it apart. Two of the several Bands to keep the package together were torn off and gone by the time I got it. All of the necessary Styrofoam inside the box was broken into pieces, and I had Styrofoam bits all over the place. Your double boxing of the Plexiglas and other Parts helped prevent loss from UPS's rough handling. I just wanted to share that with you, and this is in no way a criticism of your company or Amazon. UPS has had a bad reputation (for decades) of very hard handling of large and/or heavy packages. I order products fairly often that fit that category and when I have the choice, I always pick a shipper other than UPS. Great Job on this 3D Enclosure and I wish you a lot of success!!

This is a well made product that I am generally pleased with. I did have an unusual problem. One of pieces of plexiglass was fractured ( probably in manufacturing), but was held together by the protective film, so the damage was hidden. It was literally the last piece that was installed as I assembled the enclosure. So when I found the damage, I could know longer return it Amazon. I contacted the seller, but they were unable to supply the damaged piece although they offered a partial refund. The broken piece was not critical and I have elected to fabricate a replacement myself. The product is very rugged and well designed. I am pleased with the product. But it seems to me the seller should have the ability to support odd problems like I had. I knocked the rating down for support, but am trying to be fair to the seller

Every provided part was good quality with plenty of extra bolts/washers/nuts, bearings, rubber pads, and magnets allowing for build creativity. The 3D printed parts and overall enclosure are all intelligently designed for a satisfying and easy-to-manage build. What impressed me the most: One of my 3D printed parts had a tight fit with the plexiglass (plexiglass was at max tolerance at a certain spot). I submitted a help request to 3D Sourcerer and Joseph responded within a couple hours with a tweaked STL file that resolved my issue.

UPDATE: After contacting the company they resolved the problem in one day and replaced the kit. Now that's pretty awesome. MOST IMPORTANT: I have noticed my prints have become consistently better since purchasing this enclosure! Mine came in damaged. I unboxed it last night and laid it on the table to assemble tonight. The part that goes around the front door is broken. Quality parts for this enclosure look good. I even ordered a second enclosure for a second printer even though I had this problem and it is not together at all yet. Anyway, the second enclosure will be here on March 3rd I hope.

The product is advertised as a kit and only in the small text does it say that you need to 3d print to finish the build. Should not be advertised as a kit, just as an instruction manual, that it does not come with physically. I would highly encourage you not to buy this product. I would not buy a fridge just to be expected to get even more parts in order for the fridge to work.

When I ordered my enclosure, one of the side pieces arrived with a crack in the side. I notified the seller and they quickly responded with a refund and I am buying my replacement now! The STLs provided for printing the parts for assembly are high quality and fit everywhere they are supposed to. All of the Plexiglass was cut very well and none of the edges were jagged or sharp! If I could, I would give them 10 stars! I will make sure to recommend them to all of my other 3D printing friends!

Came with only 1 metal door hinge. Going to home depot to see if I can find one that resembles close to it. Just assembled everything else. The top plastic pieces in the file are larger so had to reduce the size to make them fit. Will do another review once I start printing abs and asa

I anticipated wishing I had sourced all the materials myself... But I am not in a place where I could easily do that. The available models to print and the included instructions were quite straightforward. This kit really did include everything I needed to make a killer enclosure and instantly improve my print quality and go from 60-75% humidity down to 25%. Plenty of hardware to expand the kit and I honestly am thinking I'd like the same thing but smaller for my Prusa Mini I just ordered. Best enclosure kit I've seen.
