All going well so far. I can barely keep a spider plant alive but my herbs and lettuce's seem to be growing well. Pictured after approx 4 weeks of growing. It was easy to set up and the instructions are fairly straight forward. So I'll give it 5 stars and hope to start harvesting soon!

I have been using this successfully since I bought it. I had the pump stop working after 6-8 months but I contacted the supplier and they sent me out a new pump no charge. All back working again

On the whole, this product is good. Pros: The design is nice and looks lovely in the kitchen. It has been very successful in growing tomatoes and chillies, so 5 star for how it works and style. Cons: I had a question sent to the seller asking about mold on the sponges and if this is something that should be of concern, and no response has been received to date. Today, after only a month of having the A&B nutrients opened, these have turned moldy. The shelf life for these are suppose to be 5months once opened. These have been kept in a cool, dry and dark place. This issue would not have been a major concern, but guidance from the seller on how to get more nutrients would be beneficial to people who are new to Hydroponics, especially when there are so many numerous nutrient products on the market which is overwhelming. Either way, I would still purchase this product as it has been successful despite the above issues.

Having never tried this before, as an absolute beginner who struggles to keep plants alive, this is excellent. It’s just the right size for where I keep it, it snapped together easily enough and it’s clearly bright enough in the correct wavelengths as you can see from my photo. My herbs are thriving. I’m growing Thai royal basil, some bird eye chillis and some chives in it and I’m having to harvest chives when I don’t need to just to keep them under control! It’s great to have fresh herbs when I need them and the whole set-up was a decent price too.

Failed within one hour of turning it on, now have the hassle emptying and retuning the item.

I can’t contact the seller to ask about this so maybe I’ve missed it. But it does not work with a timer. The timer turns it onto standby rather the lights/pump on so that means have to manually turn it on every time which is quite concerning since it’s hydroponics an requires fresh oxygenated water to thrive. Please correct me if there’s a way to fix this. Other than that it’s not a bad design.

Works really well, we had tomato all summer

I bought this as a present for my wife who likes to grow herbs and spices a she's really delighted with it. She's currently growing chillies, tomatoes and various herbs in her office and they're all coming on very nicely. It's good and compact, seemed to be good value in comparison to similar products and works as it should do.
