Great replacement for my old 6AL
This replaced a failing MSD 6AL analog box that was over 20 years old. The black finish looks good, and it is a nice ignition upgrade with rev control built in.

Glitchy box
Only got to run on run stand, took everything off and installed in car and box is glitching and cutting spark. Engine won't stay running. Msd will not warranty if purchased on Amazon even though msd offers a one year warranty Amazon will not back that.

Unhappy purchase
The item was used on a vehicle wires already cut missing hardware and was in poor shape. I decided not to keep wasn't happy with this purchase didn't even look like picture. Wasn't in great shape at all

Thought I was buying a new MSD product.
Item received was used, modified and a different part number. Ordered a new black unit. Received an older unit that was spray painted black over the red powder coating. Reseller MSD should not be confused with manufacturer MSD Performance.
