Very support and fits in a shoe well.
Great support can be worn under a shoe. Be careful this seems to run small if you have wide feet. These are comfortable for my narrow foot in size 7.

This helped me greatly when I had gout in my foot. However, it is small for it's size, so if you have swollen feet, maybe go for a size larger than your normal size.
