This is a good massage roller to help massage your aching back muscles on your own. You just place it under your back while lying down and move up-down as needed. -It feels sturdy enough to handle a decent amount of weight -The foam protrusions don't poke, but are firm enough to provide a good massaging effect

I bought this in feb and only recently started using it . It has a cheap pipe inside of it rather than a sturdy material that real strauss uses and it broke from inside after using it for a few days
