My Oster toaster began toasting on only one side. I bought a Black & Decker "Quick Toast" toaster. It toasted quickly but only toasted on one side. They sent a replacement, same thing. I took a break wondering what to do. Finally I took a chance on the Hamilton Beach 22820 because it advertised that it toasted evenly. Well it does, it makes great toast on both sides.
