If i needd to crimp cat5e do i use bottom or top hole? Other words, screw is in the bottom hole or top hole position?

Does this work with non-passthrough connectors as well?

It is only good for non-passthru. It does not work on EZ connectors. It does switch between strain relief and non strain relief though.
