Worked perfect for my power supplies on my radios. Easy to install and came with double stick tape. The wires are a real small tiny gauge. Tinned the tips and soldered them to existing power wires. Red seemed it would be a little easier on the eyes at night as they are bright. Definitely recommend them for ham radio power supplies.

Works on my lawnmower

I got the white LED so that I could put it on a pole outside my solar battery bank. Measured it against a standard VOM, and was within .05 bolts of the VOM. Excellent results. Now I can check on my battery levels at night to see if I need to switch back to the utility or I need to go crank the generator. Some complain about the small wires. They are 22 gauge wires which are now industry standard for most all of your instrumentation wiring. It works excellent. Voltage is very accurate. I bought two , one is a backup.

Accuracy is fair, measuring about -0.016%. Current drain is about 30 milliamps; too much to leave 'ON' for weeks at a time when using 'stand-alone' to verify a car battery's charge state. In other words it will discharge your car battery, in a few weeks. The numerals are not evenly illuminated and are a bit unappealing. The 'Yellow Light' version matches BMW's 'Amber' quite well. The power wire has no strain relief and obviously not waterproof. Nevertheless this product is VERY GOOD, especially since the cost is super low.

These work great stuck on the dashboard. Large enough to see easily. I have one on a 'cigarette lighter' plug and it shows the car battery when the ignition is on; I have the other connected to a portable battery in the car which I use to power my ham radio rig, and now I always know when that little battery needs to be charged.

I used 4 of these meters to make a dashboard for my electric riding mower. Each meter monitors a battery. When the battery pack started to show signs of aging with a reduced ride time, it turns out just one of the 4 batteries needed replacing. The cost of replacing one and not all four batteries saved about $500. The water resistant design helps when the rains roll in before you are done with the job.

Not very accurate. Mine read 12.5 volts it was actually 13.7. I tried the other one and it's the same. So they read about a volt low.

I made up a battery monitoring system when I am charging up my truck battery. The digital voltmeter works great for my application. Straight forward wiring and installing it on the battery charger.
