I love the headset. It's the best working headset. I have used. I drive semi-truck. So a lot of the time there is a lot of background noise. Most people I talk to can not hear anything. They asume, I am not at work at all. So the sound cancelation is amazing. I can hear others very well as well. They can hear me loud and clear. I would recommend this headset to anyone. It's comfortable and the battery last me at least 2 days before I have to charge it.

Lasted a good whole 1 month and then just stopped working properly. Issues with connectivity even with professional intervention. Bought for work. Bad buy.

Update 9/20: after leaving my review seller messaged me to send me a new headset with the experience that I had with my previous headset. I was very appreciative of the effort to assist their customers. As a work from home individual headsets and their comfort are important. I loved that the headset allowed me to move around my house with out concerns of connection loss. The issue I previously had was with the headpiece falling off. Now that I have this newer headset I’m glad to be trying out the head piece once again. A+ for customer serviceIt’s an OK headset but the headpiece already broke. So I had to put a hair-tie on it or it will dig into my head. No one wants to work with that pain for 8+ hrs. I haven’t even had this for a year and it already broke. It’s pretty flimsy headset. Added pictures so you can see. After a while the sounds isn’t that great either.

I absolutely loved my last tecknet Bluetooth headset, so I decided to go with another same headset, Unfortunately headset has already broken after just a few months. I raved to coworkers how wonderful they were and how they held up. Truly disappointed..

Our company purchased a half dozen of these in Oct 2023 to facilitate getting some of our users onto virtual meetings. These were selected as they had the receiver (Bluetooth) integrated into the charging base. This was useful for desktop computers where USB ports can be limited, and also allows for standardization across our company. Fast forward 9 months and we order several more, same model number, same seller. To my dismay, the new boxes show up with a USB bluetooth receiver in the box. I did some comparison testing and verified that the base no longer has any receiver functionality. Good news, they ship a functioning product, bad news, they ship it as the same model and product, but it is functionally different.

This is a great wireless headset and the noise cancellation doesn't actually get in the way of talking. I had tried other brands that had wireless bluetooth headsets and while they seemed to be OK, their noise cancellation would often soften the volume of my voice and others could not hear me as well. No challenge with that on this device.Also, I like the option of the charging base. For my situation it's great because when it's charging, it disconnects the base as an audio device so that I can go back to using my normal speaker and microphone. I actually really like that feature. My main reason for getting this headset was because my normal mic and the room I work in has some echo. So if I talk a lot, I use this headset to sound great and if I am primarily listening, I put the headset on the charger and use my normal multimedia.I use this for my work computer that doesn't have bluetooth, so I use the base. I do not have administrator privilege on my work laptop and was concerned that might be an issue using this device, but it was not. No special drivers required and Windows recognized it immediately. Couldn't be easier.The headset is comfortable and the buttons work well. The MFB is small, but I am sure I'll get used to finding it quickly and easily.

I got this for work. I work at a remote call center for Gap and they require absolute silence. My kids hang out in the next room but occasionally walk in. This thing is SILENT. I listen to the recordings of my calls when they kids walk in and you can't hear them at all! My husband and I tested it in a room with loud TV, radio, kids, etc and you can have the volume up over 1/2 on the TV and the other person can't hear. I wear these for 12 hours a day and no headache or anything. They stay on and stay put even with glasses, they're light and the battery life is insane. We use them with our cell phones too. I could never hear my husband well in the car but now he can drive with the windows down and it sounds like he's in a room alone. I cannot recommend these enough for anyone who has to wear a headset. My only negatives are that I wish the volume went up higher and you can't pair more than one headset to a base, so I had to buy 3 of them.
