Can I purchase a nose cap for this nailer.. mine didn’t come with one.

Look carefully at your gun. The nose cap is mounted, for transport, on the bottom end of the magazine. It's black, and easy to miss. I returned my first gun, thinking that it was missing the nose cap, as well.....

Total newbie to air tools, wondering if the compressor I just ordered will be ok with this, scfm is 3.0 @ 90 psi, probably too weak for this?

Air consumption on the NT65MA4 is 0.042 CFM per cycle at 100 psi. It should be fine but it will depend on the application with how fast the tool is being used.

Does it come with the case?

Yes, there is a case. It's not super heavy duty (ie. don't drop it) but a serviceable case nonetheless.
