Review: Bad quality - Broke in one week
Review: Seems not to work very well - I'm not sure why, because initially I didn't notice, but after c. 2 weeks of use this lid now no longer allows up liquid through the straw once the lid itself is fully tightened. We thus have to loosen the lid almost to the point of opening it fully before the straw works. I may be doing something wrong (though I'm not sure what that could be) but on this basis I would not buy this again

A: The straw lid is with hard plastic, like the rest of the lid. The carry strap is flexible and soft, let's the reason i bought it. So happy it is with great quality and no leaking.

**Q: does it fit a wide mouth 20 oz. hydro flask?**
A: Yes it will fit any wide mouth hydro flask

**Q: Are straws non-leech leach/BPA-free?**
A: Yes

**Q: Can I change out the handle with one of the original hydro flask handles? I want to change it to another color I have**
A: No you can’t change out the handle.  They are permanently secured.

I'm not sure why, because initially I didn't notice, but after c. 2 weeks of use this lid now no longer allows up liquid through the straw once the lid itself is fully tightened. We thus have to loosen the lid almost to the point of opening it fully before the straw works.
