I think this got shipped direct from China and its very hard to communicate if you have an issue arise. Which we did. They sent us two bowls instead of one, of which were both the wrong color. They wanted to charge us $11 more for the extra bowl. So I am now waiting for shipping labels to return both bowls and wait for the correct bowl to arrive. However, the bowls are fantastic and my cats love them. They are detachable which I didn't realize. The stainless steel bowl comes off the plastic bottom part and sits in there on one spot that is notched out for it to fit into. They are a good size for a cat and I actually put some ice in the bottom part to keep their wet food chilled for them. Seems to last longer this way. The colors I got were the pink/red and the grey one and they were nice colors.**Revision** The company contacted me today and resolved the issue very quickly and I am satisfied with the outcome.
