First, the characters are of Chinese ORIGIN, but are used throughout Asia and have been for centuries. Same with the mooncakes and the mid-Autumn festival. It is NOT cultural appropriation, any more than eating pizza, quiche, or spaetzle would be, so please ignore the xenophobic hate propaganda from anyone who says it is. Maybe that person should not eat at McDonald's or KFC, of which there are thousands all over China. The four characters read "花好月圆" (Huā hǎo yuè yuán). That is a 成语 - chéngyǔ - an idiom or saying. The translation is essentially, "Lovely flowers, round (full) moon." It would mean "perfect happiness" in this context. An alternate meaning is "conjugal bliss." The two character mold says 中秋 - Zhōng qiū, "Mid-Autumn." That's short for mid-Autumn festival, the classic holiday time for eating mooncakes.
