Will it hold a Novalog vial and a Lantis vial?

My med (not insulin) comes in a vial that has a diameter of 7/8" and it easily holds two. Don't know anything about yours. Unit works great, used it on two flights from ATL to Europe.

Is the pen bag included with the B001 ($39.95) unit?

No, the kit comes with a hard and soft freezer pack and a thermometer inside the container. My ozempic pen already has a hard cover and I just put it in the container-2 of them fit.

What happens if I leave the gel ice pack in the freezer for longer than 6-8 hours?

Nothing…I think you fan leave the blue freeze pack in freezer a bit longer than recommended w/o issue. If you get a hotel room with no fridge/freezer you can submerge it in the ice bucket till you’re ready to pack

Can I place humira syringes in this cooling case or will they freeze?

Yes, you can put those in this case. They will not freeze. it does come with a thermometer to check how cold it is staying. My insulin was cold for almost 72 hours.

Perfect value for money.

It was a fantastic product. Now I am writing this review after three years of use. It is still working ( retaining cold temperature inside) very well. Very useful for travel (up to 24 hrs). It is made from China, no great technology, don’t know why it can’t be made in India. However you can make it yourself (DIY) buy a good quality steel thermos and make an ice pack yourself which can be adjusted within with two pens. Remember, opening of thermos must be wide enough.
