Great around town case and local travel.
I have been using a Case Club compact hard case that I like very much, but have to leave a few things behind or, pile certain things in the catch all slot. I also have a Crystalsky 7.85” monitor that does not fit well at all. This case fits everything, my 6 batteries fit, in fact I could get 7 in. My parabolic antenna magnifiers, filters, wires, props galore, and everything except the charger. Storing props with the Crystalsky monitor is a chore. I could fit a charger if I wanted in the side pocket, but I have enough batteries to keep me in business. The materials are very good, I just don’t understand what the complaints are, considering the zippers are well made and the material is plenty thick enough to last many years. The price is a bargain. I paid $45 for mine with the coupon. I think people object to using the original foam that came with the drone, but I find this to be a very efficient use of space and it gives excellent protection for a soft case. Great pack. I wouldn’t throw it in checked luggage, for that I would use my Nanak 945 that weighs a ton, but is super secure.

Carry all your DJI Phantom 4 equipment with ease!
This is the drone case you need! My friend has a hard shell case on wheels that when empty, weighs twice as much as this loaded backpack does. The factory supplied Styrofoam case fits like a glove, and I fit my charger and charger tray in the top compartment. The top compartment is made for 4 batteries and has a padded insert. You can not remove the dividers, as one side is sewn in. My charger and tray fit with the insert in place However, the entire insert can be removed and much more storage space becomes available in the top compartment. My 9.7" tablet and shade fit great in the front pouch with room for more. Deep side zippered pockets on both sides easily fit extra props.. I have three batteries and the fully loaded backpack weighs in at only 13 pounds! Very good outside quality with plenty of soft packing inside. The backpack is a durable canvas type material that folds down quite small when empty. The shipping box is only 11"W x 14"T x 6.5"D and the backpack expands to 14"W x 20"T x 10"D. My unit is a DJI Phantom 4 Pro. The Phantom 4 (non-pro) case should fit as well. Certainly not the rugged protection of a hard case, but much less weight and works fine, considering you are not going to be tossing your $1000+ drone equipment around like a sack of flower. A hard case weighs 16 pounds empty, and maybe 26 pounds loaded.

A great pack to carry your Phantom 4 series drone in it's OEM foam case!!!
As soon as I opened the package and started to roll out the backpack, I could already tell this was a quality product! The nylon material is thick and sewn together well! There's strategically placed padding to help cushion your drone against your back and ample pockets for additional batteries and gear, and even mesh pockets to hold water bottles or additional gear for quick access. After folding down and velcroing the top compartment floor, my Phantom 4 Pro OEM carry box fit easily and perfectly in the backpack! There's even a small access covered with a flap to unlock/lock the carry box so you can just open it after unzipping the cover panel without having to remove the case out of the pack! Once you have the case in the pack, you can now easily put the padded insert in the top compartment! This is for holding 4 additional batteries if you decide to unfold and Velcro the dividers, or you can use it as a large compartment to hold a CrystalSky or other delicate items. There's a large cargo pocket on the outside of the case cover that's useful for carrying the charger, filters and cords. There's also a narrower slide pocket on both sides of the pack to hold cleaning tissues or documents and credentials, but nothing too bulky. The shoulder straps are nice with a little padding and adjustable. There's an adjustable waist strap to help take some of the strain off your shoulders during longer jaunts. The zippers have convenient pull strings to help ease opening when wearing gloves. I would recommend this pack to anyone who has the Phantom 4 series drone. This pack is made to use and carry the ORIGINAL foam case the Phantom 4s come in, it will NOT work without it!! For the price, this pack has it all!

Smarttree Backpack for my P4 Pro
The size is good, I like that you can keep the batteries separate from the drone. I cut out the sections, easier to fit 4 batteries without them. I wish there was a compartment for my hoodman hood. I keep it on top of the drone case between the outer part. I wish the outer compartment was bigger to hold the hoodman and my ipad mini. The quality seems to be good so far. I purchased an inexpensive one, lasted about a year. I keep my fifth battery in one of the outer mesh compartments. I usually hike a bit to where I fly, so the backpack is the way to go for me.

Perfect for trekking your Phantom 4 into those remote locations.
Perfect compliment to the OEM carrying case of your DJI Phantom 4, 4 Pro or 4 Pro+. The OEM case fits snugly inside the main compartment of this backpack, with simple closures for accessing the case and its contents. The OEM case will hold two batteries, plus the one in the quad. That leaves up to four size adjustable compartments in the top portion of the backpack for additional batteries or other accessories. (The panels dividing the compartments are held in position by Velcro and can be moved or taken out completely.) There are zippered side pockets deep enough to hold extra props and elastic mesh pockets outside of those to hold just about anything the size of a 10 water bottle or smaller. There's another pocket on the front of the main compartment (big enough for one of those collapsible fabric landing pads) that has a sheltered zipper closure to keep out the rain. The back of this backpack is well padded with a breathable mesh cover, making it very comfortable for long hikes to your launch site. The whole backpack shell is made of strong Cordura nylon fabric, water repellent and very durable. I highly recommend this product.

Fits perfect
The plastic hinge on my factory case is starting to crack but I like the way it organizes my drone accessories. This backpack let me keep my organization how I like it. Fit the case perfectly and even gave a little more storage. Backpack is great quality. Just what I needed at a good price point. Shipped quickly, no issues.

Better than I thought
I care about aesthetics and how things look. Honestly, looking at the pictures this backpack did not look good quality (for me). However, after receiving it and opening the box I was blown away by how thick it was and the quality was excellent. Fit's the drone in snug and makes carrying around the Phantom 4 Pro so much more effortless. The cubby hole on top fits extra batteries, also fits my Parabolic Range Extenders. The slot on the front of the backpack fits my charger easily, and the side pockets are there for whenever I need to pack something else. If I could change one thing, the only thing would be to have a zipper on the back of the backpack that I could slide a laptop or iPad in, but since this is not the main reason I bought this backpack I still give it 5 stars!! Highly reccommend, no DJI branding or anything so less chance of getting targeted by thieves, and the quality is excellent!

Updated 4-5-21 A surprising product, well thought out, decent value, but not durable
A decent backpack for your DJI Phantom 4, P4 Pro IF you haven't tossed the original styrofoam case for your drone. This pack is designed around using that case and I think its a great way to add protection for your drone in a backpack. After all it came all the way from China in that foam case. Everything your P4 came with fits in its foam case there is plenty of room for other items such as water bottle, additional batteries, filter sets, props, iPad Mini sized tablet. All of which can fit in the foam case or one of the outside pockets three of which are zippered. Materials used, in my opinion, are not top of the line but are a good match for each other. Zippers operate very smoothly, stitching is good, outside fabric is a bit stiff feeling but of decent quality. There is light padding on shoulder straps and padding for lower back when used as backpack. Comfortable enough for the shorter hikes I take. Update: Take care in how you handle the pack when taking it off your shoulder. I typically have it slung over left shoulder and first time I let it slip/drop off my shoulder to the crook of my arm at my elbow I could hear stitching tear. Sure enough where the left shoulder strap goes into the backpack several lines of stitching were torn. It has only gotten worse. I have had to replace the backpack way too soon. I miss its innovative design but not the weak stitching. Used as full on backpack no problems what so ever. But slinging it over one shoulder may add undue stress to shoulder strap stitching. When this happened the pack contained: P4P, controller, props, 5 batteries, tablet, light meter, 2 filter sets, neck strap and patch cords. Just to give you an idea of what kind if weight the pack was loaded with when stitching failure happened. Still a decent pack for the money but downgraded to 3 stars for its limited useful life span.
