The 2 wands fit/screw into the 2 units and make 1 piece when put together. It is useable from either end.

Can this product be used with lash extensions?

im sorry but i only use it on my eyebrows. however, i really dont see any reason you couldnt - it goes on easy, doesnt clump or anything. good luck
