Hi Daniel, Logitech Z407 Bluetooth computer speakers and it doesn't work with USB receiver.

The dial is connected via wires or is it completely wireless? If so, how does it works? Does it have internal battery? How long does it last?

Dial is completely wireless, internal batteries.. I have only had the speakers 1 month.. I don't know how long the batteries last.

Realmente por el precio es increíble, no es un sonido de estudio pero simplemente es buenísimo, el bajo Realmente retumba y suena muy bien , tiene buena definición el sonido al escuchar todas las frecuencias claramente, yo los uso por usb y tidal como reproductor y puedo decir que suena como un equipo incluso mas caro. El diseño y tamaño es bastante conveniente, yo tengo un mueble pequeño y se acomodaron muy bien Realmente por el precio las recomiendo bastante por la calidad y opciones qje ofrece
