Review: I bought this in 2015, and it still looks brand new. - We just got a King Charles Spaniel last year that loves to cuddle and sleeps with us every night, and no matter how much I brush her she sheds that really fine hair that seems to stick to everything, so I wash my quilt once a week. To my amazement, even after a year of weekly laundering, it still looks like a brand new quilt! It's still as soft as the day I got it, and has not worn out anywhere. I'm actually thinking of buying another one, just in case the one I have ever does wear out and they don't carry it anymore, or the color is no longer available. I love the blue and I can't say enough about the quality of this quilt or the size. Most quilts I've owned have left one side of the bed about 3' short, allowing the other side that is visible to be closer to the floor. I'm still just a little short on one side, but not nearly as bad as it was with the other quilts I've owned. I also like that it's light weight. We live in Maine, and in the summer when it's muggy and hot it's perfect, and in the winter we just add a nice thick blanket and are toasty warm. Also, this quilt has lasted longer than any quilt I've ever owned and the best part is, it fits in my regular washing machine and it doesn't wrinkle. My other quilts didn't fit in my washing machine or dryer, and it was a long afternoon at the laundry mat to get them cleaned. So I'm loving the fact I don't have to do that anymore! As a matter of fact, I like it so much I even bought a queen for my spare bedroom in gray.
