Perfect USB Extension. Will make file transfers and updates much easier. In case you're wondering the size hole you need to cut out for the best fit is 10mm x 20mm. I put that here as I couldn't find that information in the description, so hope it helps someone.

I bought the Small 2 metre 1 port version to install in my car. I mounted it through a rigid plactic part of the interior trim and it looks great. It works perfectly well, electrically. However the clips designed to hold it in place are not really strong enough and the item moves when removing a USB cable after use. It's just a bit wobbly. If you need to install something similar and you have the room I would suggest one of the other variants. One with a threaded body and a back nut to hold it in place would likely be a better option. The hole size for this variant of the item is 19 mm.

Like most aftermarket accessories they must work and be fitted as to not destroy the original surroundings especially in the case of a classic car or cars that will soon be in that category. This unit fits that bill very well and allowed the installation of an aftermarket radio unit with google play and thus the use of the smart phones apps on the stereo screen.

Purchased to route a USB output from the back of a auto head unit to a more sensible place. Works perfectly, even piggybacking the head unit's USB connector.

This was purchased so that I could extend the car stereos usb and screw it into the glove box, for a neat installation. The quality of the cable and usb are really good. The problem is that when you try to unplug a cable (plugged into this extender) the shroud does not hold the extender into place and it simply slides out
