It will not. The packaging gives helpful tips like what settings to cook on (low-medium) and says that for best use, you can spray them with cooking oil. But that is not required.

can these egg ring molds be used in a regular non-stick pan?

Yes! They can be used in the pans and on the griddle.

do you need to spray the egg rings before putting into your pan or after it's put in the pan?

They are made of silicon, so they should be ready to go without the spray. Some of our customers do spray them anyway, and it won't hurt them.

Is the omelette ring all metal where it touches the griddle? I don’t want to use it on the new E-series if so.

Yes it is all Metal. You should not use it on the E-series. I wouldn't take the stance with it damaging the non-stick surface.
