Can this be used to open windows? Specifically, to pull a clamp up and then to turn another clamp to open/close?

It may or may not open your clamps. By 'open windows' do you mean unlock windows? Surely this lightweight tool was not designed to lift a closed window. For picking up lightweight objects, it is excellent.

Odds this grabber made in China?

I’m really not sure and I’ve already thrown away the packaging, but I’ve purchased more grabbers than I can count, and this by far is the best one.

Can be use to feed fish?

From examining mine, I could put a bit of fish food in a small plastic cup and this tool grips the cup from the top down into the cup very firmly. You could move that to the aquarium and pour it on the water. That's all I remember of feeding fish so I hope that's your method. In that case, this tool would work.

Does this come with a dino head attachment?

I don’t know what a dino head attachment is. I only got what's exactly in the picture.

Not just for those physically challenged!

This is the third one I bought. One for kitchen / food pantry, one for the bedroom to reach behind and under furnishings and the third I wound up using to pick up weeds I pulled out and branches that fell during a storm. So I find useful because I have a bad back and also I can utilize shelves I normally wouldn't be able to reach and retrieve things from without a step stool. Also when stuff falls behind things I can grab this and a flash light and retrieve them so very much more easily. Worth every penny and then some.
