Great size good fun cool build good price not tiny!
Son loved it super fun easy to put together for him good size not tiny really hands on engagement the breaking digging stage is a bit messy but done outside no problem!

Major Hit with the Kids!
My nieces and nephew absolutely loved this! I had fond memories of digging up dinosaur fossils as a kid using a kit like this and given my nieces and nephews interest in dinosaurs I thought they might enjoy it too. Well, I am happy to report that it actually stole the show and was their favorite gift this last Christmas. There were quite a few others gifts that were more expensive than this, and the kids still just wanted to dig up bones. I can't blame them! Highly recommended.

Good gift, the bones of easily broke
Good gift idea. The excavation part was fun. The bones broke when putting together. All in all a good gift for a 1st grader.

Great, but...
Great project EXCEPT the bottom jaw of the T-Rex was missing! I purchased this for a school project with a special needs child. It was wonderful until the missing piece which he found extremely upsetting and (due to specific struggles) he continues to worry about. My solution was to buy another kit to complete with another student and then check on 3D printing the part to add to first skeleton. But, it's currently unavailable. And I received no response to my inquiry about possibility of getting just that piece. Frustrated.
