At the moment, I am taking the recommended dose to fortify my immune system. Plants all around us are used for vitally important medicines- digitalis, yew trees. I have researched this mushroom a lot and waiting for further feedback from other professionals. If all goes well I will take larger doses as a companion medicine with my Chemo. It is my fourth time and it's time I try other alternatives. In Russia (approved by the government) and the Baltic Countries they even use this in lieu of Chemo. This mushroom goes further than most and strengthens your Chromosomes that fight cancer cells. Time for me to try more eastern ways since western ways are not helping me.

I absolutely LOVE this company. I’ve been purchasing from them for years. They’re products are HIGH quality and I’ve never ever had an issue with any product. I take this product in the liquid as well as the capsules. There’s a section on here to rate for sleep quality I gave it 3 stars Only because I don’t take it for sleep. I don’t have issues with sleeping so I don’t know if it works for that. Also the taste is not good! Lol.. so take it quick lol.. but the overall product is 100%%% top quality and this company is awesome! So definitely buy any of their products with confidence.

This product exceeds many other brands in quality. It is priced higher than most other brands but worth it. I have more mental clarity, renewed since of wellness within my body, a lot more energy, free bowel movements, no blood clots during menstruation, cleared up a candida infection, stronger immune system evidence by no sickness (I'm a teacher). I take a half dropper on empty stomach 2-3 times a day so that it goes directly into my blood stream. I recommend when trying a product do it in isolation apart from other products for at least 2 weeks to determine its effects on your body. I will write an update on this product in June when I return to the Dr. to see if it has helped my immune system dissolve my 2.5cm internal uterus fibroid and small cyst. Thus far I can't feel my cyst as before on a full stomach. I am also taking liquid extract of Maitake D but have seen greater effects with Chaga.

I particularly love the Chaga, Reishi and the My Community Host Defense. I mix the chaga extract in hot organic herbal tea. I think it is very beneficial. For me, it reduces inflammation, promotes a feeling of calmness, and lifts my spirits all at once. Chaga is a powerful adaptogen and as such it will strengthen and realign your body and mind. It's anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic. I don't know if their is a more powerful food/medicine out there. I am very grateful for Paul Stamets and his wonderful line of products. If you are unfamiliar with them you should definitely check out the entire line. Highly recommended.

Gooddd helll this taste soooo bad and smells awful!!! 100% like rubbing alcohol and burns the heckkkk out of my tongue when it touches it. I put it under my tongue. We are using as a way to help improve immune system and killer cell to fight HPV or any precancerous cells I may have. But holy hell it is AWFUL. Trying to figure out how to take it going forward lol.
