The black leather is incredibly soft and smells great. I love the charcoal grey pages and the texture is so cool I can’t stop touching it. The paper is thicker than I thought it would be – which is wonderful. I cannot wait to start journaling in the book. I also purchased one as a gift for a family member. I personally don't mind, but it is a thing. I LOVE the dark pages. They could be darker even. I love white gel pens and paints. But seriously, best book I've had the privilege to own.
