Seville XTEC Cork Flooring Sample, Allspice

I installed this in all my living areas in 2014. After five years the seams are warping and chunks of cork have fallen out. It looks like cheap vinyl and I hate the finish. I wrote Wicander a long time ago and they were not helpful at all. They have no warranty to speak of. This is a bad product and I was told that it was discontinued but apparently they’re still selling it. I am so disappointed and don’t want to have to install a new floor after five years, but it looks like I may have to.

I was hoping to get a full 12"x12" tile for this price. Instead I got a tiny strip that was a foot long. Pretty lame sample. I did a few tests with the flooring (because I really love the look) and they weren't so hot. I dropped a hammer on it and it left a permanent mark. I could also leave a permanent mark with a fingernail using minimal effort. If you have pets this floor will probably wear quickly.
