I purchased this remote control dog as a gift for a child. This child has allergies to most dogs but wants a dog. He fell in love with my hypoallergenic dog, Poppet, and asked me if I would give her to him foe his birthday. I found this r.c. dog that looks pretty similar to mine. I was amazed how life-like the dog looked. I put the batteries in, plugged the leash in and all the functions work. I think it can help prepare a youngster for a family pet.

This was the perfect gift for my 2 year old granddaughter, who loves dogs! The detachable leash is nice because it allows her to snuggle the pet without the leash getting in the way. The dog barks and moves when she pets it and brushes it. When it is time to take the dog on a walk, I plug the leash in for her and she works the handle by herself. When she clicks the handle, it barks and walks. It took me a while to find the plug in at first, because of all the hair, but it is at the base of the back of the neck. When it's time for the pet to go to sleep, because she takes it to bed, I can easily turn off the pet so that it does t make any more noise. She doesn't really use the extra toys, like the brush, toy, or bowl, but it is a nice option for her to play with when she gets older. I would highly suggest to anyone who wants to get a simple barking, walking dog as a gift!

This was a gift for my cousin’s daughter and I told wife we should put batteries in the dog so she could play with it as soon as she opens it. Well I had new AA and thought that we pop in the batteries and we’ll be good to go! Well not so fast. We played with this toy and tried multiple batteries and the toy did nothing. So doing what no man has done before I read the instructions and you need to make sure that the batteries you buy are 1.5 volt! If you don’t the toy will not work on a standard AA battery. So once the batteries die I told my cousin you need to make sure you buy only 1.5 volt batteries. I did want the batteries to die and she put in the wrong batteries and think it was broke if she didn’t buy the right batteries.

I would have returned this if it weren’t so close to Christmas when I ordered it. The puppy is similar to the one pictured, but it looked like it was electrocuted. The hair was matted up and falling out in spots. The bowl and bone it came with were broken. I just threw those away bc my niece had those things from other animal toys to play with. Sound works fine, and the puppy walks fine. It worked for a last minute request my niece had.

So realistic very good quality I love it!

I bought this for my mom and she absolutely loves it. She is not able to take care of a dog so this works perfectly for her.

The dog is so cute. It barks, it walks, makes noises, etc. it came with all the accessories & with semi- frequent battery changes, it’s always good as new. I’d say next time wouldn’t get white… can get dirty with no way to wash it

My kid loves her puppy. Battery lasts and it does the job. Nice and smooth fabric for the feel. Just wish if it would walk all the way without the remote.

Non, ce n’était pas pour un enfant. J’ai acheté ce petit chien en peluche articulé pour ma petite chienne Westie, de prénom Tartine, elle a 8 ans. Ce jouet lui plaît beaucoup, elle joue bien avec et c’est amusant à regarder. J’ai bien aimé la laisse et la petite assiette avec l’os.
