Judging from other comments and reviews these must be a hit or miss item. The one I received was an actual GM part, not aftermarket, and works perfectly.

This part lasted two cranks and it stopped working. I chased the problem back for 3 hour because I just replaced the ICM you think it wouldn’t go bad that fast but test it did . Just to confirm I bought the mood light troubleshooting tool and yes it confirmed that these modules are trash and break immediately. If you buy this you will have to pay someone to immediately take it out or you’ll have to do it yourself . How is Amazon allowing companies like this to sell on here? This can be a very dangerous and life affecting issue for some people
