How do I remove excess oil from A/C system?

You will have to recover the refrigerant and open the system and somehow drain the oil and refills the system with the right amount of new oil, vacuum, and recharge the system.

What are advantages of high-temp ac flush? is it to flush without waiting the car to cool after driving?

The ac system should be already collected as the coolant should have been evacuated because this solution simply helps clean the lines via compressed air by pushing this fluid through the lines and evaporator ,and condenser I personally don't use in the dryers because if I open the line I replace that component usually this solution helps push out debris in the system along with unwanted moisture and oils so you can start fresh with a clean as possible line to recharge your system

Don't flush your ac compressor just dump some of the page oil out and add the right amount only flush the condenser and evaporator. flushing your car ac can damaged your compressor
