Not a seemless experience
I have been using this mouse for an year and I must say that it wasnt that intuitive with windows 11. It drains battery and for working professional, a AA battery would hardly last for 20 days. It had connection issues with my laptop and to resolve it, I had to pull out the bluetooth adapter at times or even remove the device and re-add it again. Now the mouse is down and not working and I dont know where to complain. My only option is to write an email to [email protected] and am not sure how they would serve existing customers.

perfect ergo, but malfunc after 8 months
Bought this nearly 1 year ago for rs1800. I play online poker 6-8hours, 4-5 days every week. 8-9 years of doing that with a flat mouse had taken a toll on my wrists and forearms. But, all that pain disappeared within a few months of switching to this mouse. Ergonomics is near perfect and, I appreciate it even more now that I bought a Logitech lift. Having said all that, iClever started malfunctioning after 7-8 months, with a significant number of clicks not registering, many automatic double clicks etc. It was annoying and resulted in extra clicks, some errors creeping etc. Bought Logitech Lift last week, depsite knowing that it was for medium sized hands. My slightly-larger-than-medium palms hurt like crazy as mouse is too slim for my hands. Will be buying another iClever mouse. Worth it for its ergonomics, even if it lasts less than an year. (though, wish it was ~10% taller and wider ).

Great quality to price ratio
Great quality to price ratio. I have this mouse for 2 years now. The ergonomics are perfect for medium sized hands. All buttons are silent except the scroll wheel which makes noise.

Very poor quality. No tracking or movement comfort. good and if the primary
Returning it now. Shape is good as expected and would have surely helped in my palm and wrist pain, if it WORKED! Great potential, but poor result. Today posting a follow up review as i rarely post a review to start with, let alone bad. So it's fair !! Got a new piece within a day and its working quite well, given the price and its primary function of relief to the palm and wrist, which is tremendous because a great design. The tracking is still not best in the world, but ins spite of that, its great in all other respects, so changing it to a 4.5 star rating. Think the Logitech vertical mouse would be best in class, but not available in India.

Not worth the price
The mouse build quality is good. It feels good in the hand and has a weight to it. However, the scroll wheel is the pain. Just after a couple of months it stopped working as it should. The wheel is unpredictable, for example, if you want to scroll down on a page, the scroll sometimes move the page up or just fiddle the page up and down and doesn't move th page at all. This is frustrating and not acceptable for the product at this price.

Very good mouse, but slightly overpriced
It's a very good mouse with silent clicks. The shape is not ambidextrous but very comfortable and relieves wrist pain. All buttons except the dpi adjustment button can be customized by using any free mouse software like X-mouse button control. It is tall for a vertical mouse, so make sure to use it on a tabletop and not a drawer set up as it can hit the drawer top while closing.

Ergonomic but slippery
New update after using it for 7 months. I bought this mouse on August 2022 and now in March 2023 I started facing an issue when clicking. It’s not working properly. When I try to click either it won’t click or else it might double click. This I have seen in most of the mouse that I have used till now, but the difference is that this usually happens after a 1 year or so. I’m working in a designing industry and i use mouse a lot. So for ergonomic it’s great and I’m not having wrist pain after using this mouse. Also there are no connectivity issues faced. ————————————— Vertical mouse is not a usual choice but becoming a trend now. I personally didn’t prefer this type of mouse before. But when my wrist started having pains I started considering vertical mouse. My office timings are 8 hr but I work more than that. Due to this my wrist started having pain and now I bought this for a trial use. This is my initial review and I hope my first impression stays the same and if there are any issues I will definitely update my review here. Pros This mouse is good in terms of ergonomic Perfect fit for medium sized hands No sound when clicking as they have mentioned in the description Cons People with big hand might have some trouble clicking the buttons It’s very slippery to hold. You have to hold it a bit tight sometimes Your pinky fingers will scrap when using this mouse so make sure to use a nice mouse pad. There are two buttons near the thump finger which can be used as a forward and backward button, but to use this button it’s a bit difficult.
