Just spins around
A lot of good reviews about these so they obviously work for most… I was finding that when I screwed them in and then came to screw in the actual socket screw, the whole thing was just spinning around which meant that it was unable to screw the socket up. Purchased some longer screws now instead.

great when your plasterer can't follow simple instructions
After telling the plasterer not to plaster the wall as the sockets had not been moved......... these were needed to extend the back box. They worked a treat and were easy to install and to use. Note to self - double check understand!

A bit fiddly
With the socket wir3ed to the all and not much play in the wires it was a bit fiddly trying to get these extending studs into place. The more room you have to work the easier it will be to fit them. Extra length socket screws could be used but these are easier to fit the socket back to the wall once sited.
