Tengo como 2 o 3 años consumiendo estas capsulas y si he notado la diferencia en mis articulaciones, me da un poco mas de movilidad y menos dolor. Las deje por un par de meses y note la diferencia, cuando las retome y comence a sentir alivio otra vez despues de una semana. Si es la primera vez que las consumes, debes darles un par de semanas para comezar a sentir la diferencia en las articulaciones, solo debes ser constante y seguir las instrucciones.

Coincidence? It is a powerful anti-oxident SO, careful when it is used, as some claim it can lower the effectiveness of Radiation treatments, LOOK up MD Anderson? The Texas oncology clinic supposedly used by a lot of NASA types, they have a article suggesting taking a break until radiation after effects subside to maximize the value of the treatments. I have taken this turmeric blend for years, it helps my bursitis quite a lot.

I liked the price for this product and the mg of ginger, turmeric and bioperine per capsule--make sure to check that because that's how other brands get you to pay more for the same mgs. I noticed my ME symptoms (fatigue/joint pain) were always better after I ate homemade curries, so started using these. It's hard to say if they really help me since I have so many disorders and symptoms that flare after exertion and other triggers, but for the price and any bit of relief I'll definitely keep taking them. Turmeric is a known anti-inflammatory, the science is confirmed, so for me, these make a lot of sense to take.

Added to my daily supplement routine. Helps inflammation.
