Small in size, delivers a large amount of biotin, great for value and ingredients. Does have a bit of a chaulky aftertaste so swallow quickly or take with something else that masks the taste. My hair is adding inches after getting a pixie cut, and it feels healthier too as it grows out.

Great for Hair and Nails...

I've been taking this biotin for a month and I'm already starting to notice changes. I bought this product because my hair was falling out a lot. After about three weeks of consistent use, I've noticed that my hair looks stronger and shinier.

I’ve tried different brand of biotin and collagen supplements. However, some of them are huge capsules or you have to take a few a day that’s not the case with these I like the dosage and they’re small easy to follow swallow gel caps. They are good quality at a great price.

I like using Puritan's Pride products. So I often run out of Biotin and do not want to make a large purchase of Vits. from Puritan Pride. I do think this Biotin has helped my fingernails be stronger and longer. Texas Gal

Helped my hair back to life after getting sick.

I’ve bought this once before and ran out. Got confused when I went to order and accidentally bought a different brand/type. Wow, could I notice a difference. Now that I’m back taking these the results are beyond quickly noticeable. Soft Gels are a bit more “solid “ that makes them even easier to swallow without getting stuck in my throat. Zero aftertaste or any other kinds of problems. Thai is definitely the brand and type I’ll continue to purchase! Can’t go wrong especially when you’re getting 2 bottles!
