I really like them for workouts. They are thin and the panels are really breathable so they're comfortable and cool, a good seamless underwear, suggested.

I wear a size 9 panty what size is best for me?

I'd go with an eight. They run a bit large.

Gusset attachment not comfy for me

I bought M but 5’2” 115 lbs should have gotten S but the gusset had a strip of adhesive where it attaches to the fabric that I found very uncomfortable
