I was worried that i wouldnt find something as small and easily storable, but low and behold! This BalanceFrom Multifunctional Adjustable Olympic Workout Bench is the perfect edition to anyone's home. Not only is this easy to assemble and comes with clear instructions, this is just the thing I needed for my small space. Its sturdy, looks great, and enables me to maneuver around my other equipment. I give this product a A++, i would recommend to a friend!

The bench is very easy to assemble. Follow the instruction and only take the tools necessary. With 2 people working on it with moderate skills, it was completed in 3 hours. The bench is sturdy and bar holder is good as well. It really give you a very good motivation when you have completed the assembly. Good enough to start working out. Biceps assist, bench press, leg workout etc. everything could be done. It’s surely a necessity for the gym from home.
