Does anyone else have trouble turning this light off?

It is difficult to see the white-on-white switches. But once you locate second one in from the end of the light, just press it and hold it down until the light shuts off.

Will this device remember its last setting? I want to control it from a wall switch upon entering a room.

Using the built-in switch, it remembers the previous setting. I think it does also by interrupting and restoring the power, but I don't have it handy to confirm this. The wall switch would be better than the built-in switch which requires that you remember to hold it pressed to turn off. Otherwise you end up changing the brightness and have to cycle through and then hold to turn off.

How long is the USB power cord?

Dennis the cord is 67 inches long. I don't know what you are going to do with the light but it is awesome. I use mine for vinyl records. Be safe.

Can the bulbs be replaced?

You just hold down the back button for 3 seconds.
