Not at all working only used 2 or 3 times. Not closing the jar. Do not buy.
Very disappointing experience — it doesn’t close properly at all, even though I only used it 2–3 times. I expected much better quality, but it already feels faulty and unreliable. Definitely not worth the purchase. Please don’t buy it.

awesome product
it’s awesome. It has made my life so easy. Blade are very sharp, so take care while handling. I got a small cut on my finger but that was my carelessness. The same sharpness of blades help in cutting the veggies to very small pieces in just few seconds. Loved it and will certainly recommend it to everyone

Poor quality product.
Poor quality product. Don’t waste your money on it — you’d be better off throwing $20 in the trash. I received the item in non-working condition, and after contacting customer service, I was told to ship it back at my own expense. That means I would have to spend $20–25 just to get a refund of $20.94. Very disappointing experience.

How did I live without this all these years?
When my daughter brought her friend from India home and they cooked us an Indian meal, she came equipped with this little devise that her mother sent with her while she studied in the US so she could cook her native foods. Made in India, this gadget is my preferred chopper over my mini electric or bigger food processor. I cook a lot and always hate chopping onions, but now with this thing it is no problem at all!
