Can something like this be worn to correct forward head (bad neck posuture)?

I'd like to make a further clarification to my answer.  The velcro is very secure, so you can leave one side of the collar affixed to the velcro while putting the collar around your neck and affixing the other side of the velcro.  BTW, $40 is a very good price.  I purchased my collar through medical supplier recommended by my doctor and approved by my insurance.  The cost was $100.  I purchased an additional collar on Amazon to send to my sister's house (so I would have one there during my stays).  I paid $80 for the one I purchased on Amazon.  So $40 is a great price.
