If you have refrigerated them, they can last quite a bit beyond the best-by date. If you freeze them, it's even better. But the very best way to make sure is to smell them. You will be able to tell if they've gone rancid....it happened to me when they were unrefrigerated for a month in summer in Arizona! **Q: What is the Carbohydrates & calories count, or the entire nutrition information…don’t see that anywhere?** A: Carbohydrate 4 g Cholesterol 0 mg Dietary sugar 0 g Sodium 20 mg Dietary fiber 0 g. Protein 1 g Total fats 1 g. Calories per serving 20 Total number of servings 7 Saturated fat 0 Trans fats 0 **Q: Can you use these with chicken salad?** A: A dollop of finely chopped chicken salad would be very good! Perhaps with sliced almonds on top. Nice appetizer. Serve within a short period time - otherwise, shell might get soggy. **Q: Were these supposed to arrive frozen? Mine were not. Can I freeze ?** A: These cups are prepared and were frozen. They arrive thawed. You can place the cups in a ziplock bag and freeze up to 2 months. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it *by J***Y on July 24, 2026* Soft and crunchy , great for appetizers ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome for Bite Size Snacks *by T***C on November 9, 2024* These mini fillo shells are like a cheat code for next-level snacking.
