Review: Make sure you flip around connection to power if it doesn’t work at first - These strip lights are great for the price and have a nice look. I will say; however, please make sure you switch the 4 pin connector to the AC adapter around if the lights don’t work at first. I discovered there is a negative and positive that has to be connected the right way. So if you plug up and your lights don’t turn on, don’t worry just unplug and plug it back in the other way around. They should color coordinate which side belongs where. Other than that, the controller is good and the app you can download is even better. Makes my office/game room look really cool. Again, good price too.
Review: One strip not working. - Edit: So I requested for a replacement yesterday and it came today. I put up the lights and it’s amazing!!! I love how they quickly got me a replacement. The lights are amazing!!! Ok so I got these and I was really excited to put them in my sisters room. I tested them before doing too much. They worked. But once I was done putting them up on ceiling one of the strip didn’t work. I put all the hard work of sticking it up top and then all my hard work went to waste. So half the room is lit up while the other is not. But on the other note. The one strip that did work. Is pretty good it’s really bright and the adhesive is ok it’s not that strong. While putting them on they seemed to unstick. I had to go over it again and press. I did everything according to the instructions. Apart form the one strip not working and my hard work going to waste. It’s great. I wish the one strip worked. I want a replacement so we’ll see. I am not going to undo all my hard work and return the whole thing. I will just return the strip that isn’t working. I just need that one strip that’s missing.

**Q: Are these lights reusable if I take them down and if I do take them down does the adhesive still work?**
A: wouldn't be as sticky but probably  would still work. If not purchase multi spray adhesive in craft store like Michael's or hobby lobby

**Q: Why my lights don't turn on**
A: Maybe try turn the plug around. I plugged mine in backwards at first

**Q: The connectors in the controller box came apart. Where can I buy a replacement box?**
A: Should be able to get it on amazon or the bang good site

**Q: How many lumens does this strip put out?**
A: Not bright at all 
Then again its not clear on the description either. 
Wouldn’t buy again

These strip lights are great for the price and have a nice look. I will say; however, please make sure you switch the 4 pin connector to the AC adapter around if the lights don’t work at first. I discovered there is a negative and positive that has to be connected the right way. So if you plug up and your lights don’t turn on, don’t worry just unplug and plug it back in the other way around. They should color coordinate which side belongs where. Other than that, the controller is good and the app you can download is even better. Makes my office/game room look really cool. Again, good price too.
