**Q: Can the panel lay flat or just at an angle?**
A: it can lay flat or with an angle as the LINK SOLAR solar panel mounting bracket is adjustable. if you have any more question please do not hesitate to contact LINK SOLAR

**Q: Is there a wind rating on these brackets?**
A: Not that I was/am aware of.   If you are worried about wind, I suggest using alternate bolts with Lock nuts and mount the panels/brackets on a sturdy wood or steel frame sunk in the ground with appropriate depth footings.  At my location, I built a free-standing wood frame using 4x4 uprights, set in cement, with 2x6 and 2x4 cross members upon which my panels are mounted.

**Q: What material are these made from?**
A: They are aluminum, very adjustable and seem good quality.

**Q: How many mounts come in one order? Is it just one bracket or two in a set?**
A: I don't remember if I ordered two or if they came that way.   I needed two to hold up one panel.  It should specify on the site.

I like the fact that the rails can be left attached to the solar panels for storage, leaving only the tilt adjustment brackets to attach for setup. I can quickly set the panels up near my trailer in a sunny spot and angle them toward the sun for higher power. Since these brackets attach with knurled knobs and wingnuts, setup is really quick and no tools are needed. The rails and adjustment brackets are very well made and very light, but also very sturdy. I wished they were a little cheaper, since I needed two sets, but I decided to go with these instead of making my own, and I'm glad I did.

It’s not painted orange on the corners, I did that as a safety precaution bc the edges are very sharp. when mowing it would be easy to slice your head if you weren’t paying attention. I think the solar panel mount works well, it’s adjustable and sturdy. I felt it was easy to install but I’m pretty mechanical in general.
