Gardena Connector for Valve Boxes V3: Accessory for connecting two valve boxes V3, simple screw connection, with 2 x 1" female thread (02758-20)

I bought 3 of these to upgrade my old 9v valve control heads to the new bluetooth version. Overall, I find them to be very good. It's now much easier to set and amend programs from the Gardena bluetooth app, compared to the old system of removing the control head and plugging it in to a programmer. They also seem to be easier to take on and off than the old control heads. As these are bluetooth only and have no wifi connection, there is no remote access when you away from home. I knew this when I bought them, but I do think it's a shame that there is no optional base station to allow remote access. So one star off for the missed opportunity, but otherwise and excellent product.

La verdad es que tanto las válvulas como el programador decepcionan bastante. No dejan indiferente a nadie por su poca facilidad de montaje y la imposible configuración del control. Destaca lo complicado que es enlazar el articulo con la app, la falta de mejora en la experiencia de usuario de la propia app y la imposibilidad de sustituir las válvulas en caso de que tengas algún problema. En lo personal optaría por otro producto.

Prodotto sicuramente innovativo e geniale nell'idea e nella progettazione. Comodo da usare, anche se non sempre il bluetooth si collega facilmente.Consigli:1) i pozzetti che contengono le valvole devono essere posati su materiale drenante tipo ghiaia, in modo da scaricare eventuali fuoriuscite d'acqua o acqua piovana. Sembrerà assurdo, ma le gli elementi di controllo temono l'acqua. Pertanto raccomando di seguire le istruzioni del fornitore e di rimuovere le valvole a fine stagione, rimuovendo anche le batterie (si ossidano con l'umidità)2) i pozzetti dovrebbero essere posizionati vicino ai camminamenti in pietra o comunque nelle zone a cui è possibile avvicinarsi facilmente a piedi (per connettere il bluetooth). Io ho fatto l'errore di collocarne uno verso il perimetro esterno: ora non posso raggiungerlo quando l'impianto è in funzione.Non sono prodotti eterni. Questi dispositivi sono piuttosto delicati. Su 6 che ne ho acquistati 10 mesi fa, ne ho già dovuti sostituire due. Diciamo che risolvono molti problemi, ma non sono molto robusti. Sicuramente consentono di risparmiare molto, creando un impianto di irrigazione fai da te, ma è necessario mettere in conto un centinaio di euro di spesa di manutenzione ogni anno.
