Not Compatible with The Angle Grinder I purchased off Amazon.
This does not fit the Metabo Angle Grinder I ordered it for.

Matabo has 2 Different Brands within the same name
Great German Quality in these tools only a 4 Star because Matabo & every dealer tells you & every tool is interchangeable with the respective voltage but the CAS Battery System of ANY VOLTAGE does not work with the HPT Battery system & vise versa!!! I found this out the hard way,.........of course bought a 18/36v Hammer drill & a Drill Driver both same voltages but different systems! One is the CAS (older one) the other is the HPT (newer one) The fact they are both available & running strong makes you think they are interchangeable.

When a tool works the way you expect it to ...
When a tool works the way you expect it to, it's hard to say too much about it. I bought this charger to replace a European-voltage one that came with my drill when I bought it in Germany. This one works well, and charges my batteries in reasonable time. As a note, It is air-cooled, so you're likely to hear the fan fire up when you first plug it in and attach the battery.

Great charger! Works fine when connected to my cars built-in inverter 110V socket. DeWalt charger didn't work but this one does! Metabo engineers, you are the best!
