Outstanding. High quality, very attractive unit. Assembly is involved but manuals are clear and videos are helpful. Person(s) assembling and installing should have understanding of framing and how to attach to a wall for safety reasons. As manufacturer says, should be installed by a professional or a qualified person. Lots of boxes (8 heavy ones!), super well packed. A staging area is helpful if not outright necessary given sizes of pieces. Would definitely buy again for another room!

We needed a 3rd bed in our house and this murphy bed was perfect for us. Early on I broke a small connector device and when I called and asked how to get a replacement they immediately told me they would send a replacement and asked if I would like two of them incase I broke another. The construction was pretty clear but I do have experience with this type of construction. Near the end we opened the last large box and one of the large façade pieces had a small gouge on a front edge. This part is about 3' x 7' and very heavy. The parts come very well packaged so it was clear to us that the damage happened at the factory. They said they understood, apologized, and said they would send a replacement. They were so pleasant and professional I was super impressed. They are great at answering questions regarding construction. I look forward to buying from them again because they are so great to work with.
