I arrived on time as promised and performed as indicated on the product information. I connected it to my laptop as soon as I received it and it worked flawlessly. I hadn't tried burning and CD's since upgrading to Windows 10 and was a little disappointed when I ran into trouble last Friday. I had no idea I had to upgrade my burner to use with Windows 10. Even after upgrading my LG CD burner, I still could not get it to burn a CD. Thank goodness for Novapolt and the description on Amazon regarding their burner. It worked just like they said it would with my Windows 10 and ITunes. I'm a happy camper again.
