This is The One! I was hesitant to order with so few reviews, but I detested this big white wing (PS5) sitting on my stand with all my other black components (including my old fatboy PS3). The box arrived, and when I unwrapped it, I was pleasantly surprised at the heft of the panels. These aren't cheap, flimsy plastic. It took maybe 10 seconds of gentle prying to figure out how to remove the white panels (instructions included), but was surprised how easy the "popped" off once you figured out "the trick". Attaching the new panels was a piece of cake once I figured out to apply gentle pressure to the middle of the plate as you slid it home in order to engage all the holding "pins". (It was easy to leave one or two unengaged prior to trying this). This thing fits like a glove, and looks fantastic! I have the disc edition, and the disc slides in and out buttery smooth. It finally looks like it should have when I bought it. I'm very pleased!

First let me say I am VERY picky about looks when it comes to this sort of thing. I got these because I was tired of looking at my white PS5 next to all of my other black electronics. I was hesitant originally to buy because of possible fitment issues and qulity. I am very happy to say they fit perfect and I had zero issues putting them on. They are very well made and they do not look cheap. I was concerned that they would but they do not. As others have said just make sure you get all of the little snaps in place when putting them on. Very happy I made the purchase! I got a black controller for Christmas, and now my PS5 is all black. Not sure what Sony was thinking on making them with white plates. Anyway, just go buy them you will be happy you did!

Gifted this to my man but really it was for me because the original white was an eyesore and was throwing off my aesthetic. The black blends in perfectly with my space, it was super easy to attach and for the price it’s good quality. Really can’t complain.

I’ve owned my PS5 for two years but really hated the color. These black plates are very easy to install and gives the system a very nice new look . Very sturdy and feels well built , I’d recommend this to anyone looking to change things up a bit .

Took a minute to fit the right way but got it looks clean, I got the black one which made it pop out more for the color

I got this cover over the others that were like 10.00 cheaper because it has the PS5 logo on it-although it’s not engraved it’s a high quality sticker . It was a little tricky applying it but finally it snapped in. It looks so much better now-how it should have looked when I bought it. The black looks great. The quality seems good. I think it’s a little pricey but I really wanted the ps5 logo. Overall I’m happy with it.

Quality is amazing, no problems with airflow, the black color is amazing, easy to install,

the controller cover is not delivered, and the playstation sign is not on the cover as shown in the product picture
